The Journey of MPC Art & NFT Gallery  (Roadmap)

2024:

We expanded our concept by opening a new gallery in Turnhout. This space dives deeper into the recycling art theme and includes a new category dedicated to African Art, enriching the gallery's cultural diversity.

2023:

We launched an innovative app to explore art and opened our first MPC ART & NFT Gallery in Antwerp, combining digital and physical art experiences. This marks the beginning of a new era, merging tradition with the latest technology.

2022:

Vincent Schobbens invited us to help launch the art category for WAWStreet, Belgium's first NFT marketplace. This project deepened our involvement with digital art and introduced us to the world of NFTs.

2015:

We pivoted to creating theme-based exhibitions for companies. One of our greatest successes was the "Hearts and Diamonds" exhibition for Cartamundi, which featured curated paintings, glass sculptures, and jewels. The exhibition was a hit, with many works sold out, and was opened by Cartamundi CEO Chris Vandoorslaer.

2012:

The first MPC Art gallery was launched in Ghent, showcasing both Belgian artists such as Begga D'Haese, Sarah Van Hoe, and Joz Decruy, alongside international talents like Ryo Ohwada (JP), Topo (VE), and Maria Fragoudaki (GR). This year was also personally significant, as it was when I (Rouben) met my wife and partner, Fatija. Together, we started a family and continued to curate custom exhibitions.

2009:

Our journey began with a collaboration with Galerie IDA (founded by Mr. Dan Cornette) to prepare for the worldwide "Jackson Pollock Tribute" by Denis De Gloire at the Belfry Tower in Bruges, which was realized in 2012.
